3. No MIA/dead buyers, or we'll blacklist you !
4. Payment by cash. Accepts SGD only .
5. Only meetups are available.
6. Once order is confirmed, no backing out.
7. Strictly NO refund/exchange items .
8. Do tell us 3 hours earlier if you cannot make it at the meetup time.
9. Price are non-negotiable.
10. All prices are included with all extra charges so you only have to pay the exact amount stated at the item.
11. Meet us twice for payment and collection of items.
12. Please check the items before you leave. We will not be responsible for any broken or spoiled items.
13. T & C would be changed at any time without any prior notice, so please look at the T & C everytime you order.

Late for 5mins = $1.
Late for 10mins = $3
